Your firm’s data is private, secure, and never used to train Projectworks’ shared AI models. Projectworks is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant, and customer data is never shared between tenants. As tenant-specific AI features are enabled in the future (such as firm-specific memory or contextual experiences), any learning or configuration would remain strictly limited to your organization’s tenant only to improve relevance and accuracy for your team.
