Get to know Projectworks
You’ll first meet our team through a product demo. You can either start your free trial first or jump straight to a demo with one of our Product Specialists. The purpose of our product demo is to:
- Learn about your business
- Identify your requirements
- Guide you on a tour through the software
- Answer any questions you may have
After the initial demo, you’ll be able to book video calls with our Product specialists to delve further into Projectworks and get answers to any of your questions.
Pre-onboarding and data migration
To help get you started, we’ll provide checklists for you to tick key items off and ensure that you’re best set up for success.
You’ll then provide us with your data and we’ll get it loaded in for you. After the data migration, you will have the opportunity to review this and provide feedback, which we can then make any necessary changes to before going live.
Onboard your team
Alongside your data migration we begin our onboarding and training sessions. We’ll organise training sessions to fit into your schedule, enabling you to focus on working with your team internally.
Our Customer Success team are experts at ensuring you get the most value from Projectworks. To achieve this we offer Admin/Ops training and Project Manager training.
The final step for onboarding your team is a pre-go-live check-in to ensure you feel confident using Projectworks.
