Our pricing is a base fee for the first 10 users, and additional fees for each band of 5 users above that. A user is defined as an active person in Projectworks (irrespective of whether that person logs in or not). There is only one type of user.
Onboarding is an additional, one-time cost. It covers data migration and training. The fee varies depending on the size of your organization and the complexity of the data migration.
Premium Support ensures your tickets are placed at the top of the queue. You'll also have two scheduled check-ins with a dedicated point of contact each year.
