How does the free trial work?

The free trial lasts for 3 weeks. It is a fully functional environment and you may invite others people from your organization to your trial account. It may also be useful for you to book time with the Projectworks team to go through your use cases in the platform.

What does the onboarding fee cover?

The onboarding fee covers data migration, account configuration, process alignment, and training. The fee ranges depending on the size of the organization and the complexity of the data migration.

How does your pricing work?

Our pricing is a base fee for the first 10 users, and additional fees for each band of 5 users above that. A user is defined as an active person in Projectworks (irrespective of whether that person logs in or not). There is only one type of user.
